This is a nice little hi-hat style loop. It's actually made out of a recording of a tape cassette being loaded into a tape player. Old skool!!!!!.

Recorded a short drum and bass loops at 120-bpm using ableton live 9. 4 notes per bar played on bass in this order: e1 g1 e1 d1. This recording is designed for a mid-range frequency instrument, like a guitar, over the loop. In my ears they sound way better with a bit of compression, but i thought the unprocessed files would be more useful. Naming is super vague. Recorded back in may 2014. Young girls are practicing music in a room. There is a drum-set and a piano there. Recorded with olympus vn-120, which is basically designed for taking voice memo. Drum beats are compressed by a little electronic circuit built in vn-120's tiny body. The mere thought of it just impresses me.
