This is a sound effect of me pumping one of those hand pumps used to hold water or cleaner for spraying. My pumping causes pressure that makes the water bubble (which you can hear in the sound). Stretched sound, good for video games. I made the original sample in fruity loops using the reverse effect on a basic software sample sound. After that i used paul stretcher effect in audacity to stretch everything up and give it a longer feel. Also added little bit of dellay and reverb after stretching it.
