This recording is of wave ripples hitting the sand on lake superior. This was recorded with a zoom hrn pro handy recorder. It was edited in cubase le 10 focusing on compression and normalization. The mic used was the built-in mic configuration on the unit positioned on a mini tripod 8 inches above the sand.

This record was taken at dresden airport during departure of a virgin atlantic airbus a330-343x. For recording i used a sony fdr 53 camcorder with a mounted rode video mic (just a simple mono mic, but sounds quite nice).
