4-ch surround field recording of the night-time ambience in my parents' garden, located between to streams in the south german odenwald mountain area. Clean, neutral forest and stream atmo for any purpose. Recorded in december 2013 with a zoom h2, these are the front channels, mics set to 90° dispersion.

Hey,. I tried to create an acceptable recording of a thunderstorm. Unfortunately i live near a freeway, so it was impossible to filter out the car noises. . . And also the wind blows a little disturbingly into the mic. . . Anyway, the recording turned out better than expected. Feel free to use it for whatever u could need it for. . . . I recorded with a zoom h4n in 44. 1khz wav quality.

Recorded with zoom h4n at 44,1 khz, 16 bit, stereo. Without compression. Only cut low end at about 500hz to take away a little bit of breathing and denoised some backgroundnoise for more direct sound.

A short clip of a small volume of liquid being transferred from one container to another with a nice ringing quality to it. I believe this is tea being poured into a mug, but i don't remember specifically. Recorded with a zoom h4n and edited in audacity. Apologies for the high noise floor on this clip, i had my preamp set for something else!.

Pull chain light switch on and off - a view variations. Recorded in the basement of an nyc apartment building on may 29, 2021 with the on board x-y mic of a zoom h4n pro. While recording sounds for a film project, i decided to capture this for my archives. Use it in good health.

It's a recording of sounds of an old store refridgerator. The recorder (zoom h2) was put into the fridge. There are sounds of fridge getting opened and closed, started up and stopped. It was recorded in a dance studio, hence the music in the background audible in the beginning. Lots of interesting noises this fridge makes. Recorded with zoomh2 rear mics from inside of the fridge. Converted to flac using audacity.

Electric and noisy sound that evokes bad radio transmission or hard drive problem. It was created by the pressure of a iced tea bottle, which let a small air stream escape through the neck. (lot of noise cause the sound was really low). Zoom h5n + sgh6 mic.

Recorded 26/9 -14 in kotor, montenegro. People are talking on a courtyard and someone is exercising on a flute far away. Sometimes is a sound of wind in the microphone, but longer parts are ok. You can hear crickets, chocoyos (pacific parakeet), mosquitos, and other birds. This sound was recorded on an october morning in the chocoyero - el brujo natural reserve, in nicaragua, central america, with a zoom h5. It's a nice sound from a place i love. A man laughing so uncontrollably he begins to have trouble breathing. May or may not be watching pauly shore movie. Hard to tell because you can't hear the movie, but it should be assumed as the man can barely breath from laughing ergo must be a pauly shore film. A peaceful fall soundscape of the swelling of the wind as it blows through the leaves of the cottonwood tree, plus, the melancholy sound of some blue jays calling out -- to me blue jays are the iconic sound of fall. I made this wonderful recording in july 2011 at about 9:00 at night on a hot, muggy july evening. This is the time of year when the insect chorus can get very, very loud. Pretty amazing volume for such small insects. The really loud ones seem to reside in the trees and not on the ground. Recorder used: zoom h4n recorder using its built-in stereo microphones.

I was invited by dancer masu fajardo to create some sound ambients for a dance piece she was doing there, we decided to use only the sounds being created by her body and her interactions with the space. The sound of hundreds of people moving through the space, some briskly, others taking their time, answering phone calls, and children suddenly stopping. H2 zoom front mic pointing 45 degrees up to catch ambient sound, wind shield, not too much wind noise.
